Advertising & Branding Flexibility

Product Innovation

Nevada imposes strict THC caps (SB 168 § 16; AB 76 § 48). Tribes can offer alternative formats/dosages (with tribal limits).

Merchandise & Tourism

Nevada permits merchandise sales with restrictions (SB 168 § 13.5). Tribes can integrate cannabis with cultural tourism & wellness services.

Regulatory Responsiveness

Nevada must hold public workshops for changes (NRS 233B). Tribes can adapt quickly to market shifts.
