Bi-Weekly Meeting Request
ITCC is arranging bi-weekly meetings with each licensee to assist the facility operators during the transition to the metrc Tribal Nations platform. These meetings are designed to facilitate communication directly from the operators to the ITCC in an attempt to quickly resolve issues during the transition period.
Each meeting will be roughly 15-30 minutes in duration and will address the following topics regularly:

Beyond the topics listed above, licensees are encouraged to prepare a list of questions or areas of concern and submit those questions in advance to the ITCC using the following LINK. Questions can be typed into the appropriate area on the form or attached as a document and submitted.
These meeting are to address barriers and solutions to the topics listed above, and submitted by the licensee. This does not prevent a licensee, an employee, or any individual from contacting the ITCC outside of the scheduled meetings for assistance and should not be construed as such.

metrc Learn
The metrc Learn training platform is available to any ITCC issued MEA ID card holder. Managers and assistant managers are required to complete Guru certification for their applicable license type. Simply click the button below to get started.
Certificates of completion are issued by metrc and should be submitted to the ITCC using the following LINK.
