MEA ID Card Fees Changing

Updated: May 2

The cost and duration of the Marijuana Establishment Agent (MEA) identification cards that are issued by the ITCC are undergoing some changes. As the ITCC member tribes adopt the Tribal Cannabis Compliance Regulations (TCCR) the ITCC will be issuing MEA ID cards in accordance with the new regulations for duration and cost.

For the members that have adopted the TCCR, effectively immediately, MEA ID cards will be valid for a period of two (2) years. The cost to obtain an MEA ID card will be standardized at $75 per application.

For the members that have not adopted the TCCR, the cost and duration found within the text of your current marijuana Law & Order code remains applicable. If you have questions about the fees or which set of regulations you are currently operating under, please contact your tribal administrative office.
