ITCC Compliance Division

The Compliance Division of the ITCC monitors and audits compliance of tribal cannabis facilities and works closely with other tribal agencies to ensure a cohesive program.

 

Compliance is monitored using a system of tracking, audits, site-visits, training, and reporting. The Division develops training materials in conjunction with our software providers and legal counsel, performs investigations into complaints, recommends legislative language and approves procedural changes.

The Compliance Division works worth other ITCC Divisions, general counsel, and the Commission when enforcement is required under the TCCR.
